Return or Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. When you order from us, your credit card is charged immediately however, we do realize that circumstances can change. If you want to cancel your order, your refund is dependent on the stage of completion when you cancel:

All orders cancelled within 24 hours - 100% refund.

Face only (black/white and color) - after 24 hours but before work is delivered - 30% refund

Gift and Group orders cancelled after 24 hours but before we send you the pencil rough - 70% refund.

Group orders cancelled after you approve the pencil rough but before the work is delivered - 30% refund.

After final delivery there are no refunds at this point.

Any refunds will be credited through Paypal or Google Checkout.

Pencil Rough Approval

After submitting the pencil rough, if we don't hear from you within 5 calendar days, we will assume you approve and complete the order.

This is the time to discuss your order to ensure you are completely satisfied. Additional requested changes after approval of the pencil rough will be subjected to additional charges.

Ordering Time

If you are ordering for a specific event for which you are purchasing the caricature and timing is important we can place a priority on the order for an additional fee. Email us if your have an urgent upcoming event and we will let you know if we can meet the timeline. Typically our turnaround time is 2 days to 3 weeks depending on volume and scope of work. You can help by quickly responding to the pencil rough review (if needed), and providing good quality photos.

Giftcaricatures4U.com protects your privacy and takes it very seriously. Giftcaricatures4u.com uses Paypal and Google Checkout which provides the most secure customer credit card transactions. None of your credit card information is shared or used by this website. We may collect personal information for the purpose of satisfying the order. This information may include contact information, anecdotal information to complete the caricature, etc. This information is not provided to third parties and is only handled by a limited number of employees to process the order. Giftcaricatures4u.com has strict internal policies regarding the use of customer information.

Photographs

If you are sending photographs through regular mail and you want them returned, you must include a self stamped addressed envelope
